Using a traffic wholesaler

I just got banned from EPN and they said that my traffic from my wholesaler is not alowed.... Should I be using a referrer cloaker service so they can not see where my traffic is coming from? ie cloakedlink.com?

Is anyone else doing this? If ebay sees a bunch of traffic with no referrer url do they ban you too?
