Using a Private IP Address, a Private VPN... while using Tor Browser

Hello,


I am attempting to conceal my identity, or I should say the identity of my computer by hidding my ip address and also preventing web sites from installing cookies and flash cookies onto my hard drive. If I were to use a private ip address, a private vpn, and then browse using the Tor browser, would this be a good solution?

You can try all of these things, even together. Just remember that you can never be fully anonymous and IF you're doing something dodgy, just watch out.
