Using a Old Text on a new Website

Hey Guys,

I have an aritcle online on my old website. I now want to use the old arcticle on my new website. The Article is already indexed on the old website. How i use this article on my new site without getting trouble with duplicate content?

Can I just delete the old page, where the article is onlien right now and then copy and paste it on the new site?

Sorry for my bad english.

Just delete the old page where is the article , if you have webmaster tools, Then remove that page from GWT and Publish again on new page.

If you're no longer using the old page, have it deleted or delete the article, at least. However, it would be much better if you would rewrite the article. Having duplicate content will surely hit your page.

I am not sure but i think 301 redirect of that article would do. People move the linkjuice from old websites to new using 301 redirects, but how would it work for a single article is doubtful.
