anyone come across problems with a paid nulled CMS software for a genuine website?

Like what it was like with update problems?
    Any copyright infringements notices?

I would like to know before i invest over 30 hours setting and the website CMS like Expression Engine.

    Thanks.

i don't recommend you to install nulled cms, you never know the person who nulled can do on the script, the security of your site will be bad. if you ever use nulled you will need to host your site on offshore hosting unless you hide for the hosting company and its really easy to code inject nulled scripts.
