Make sure it's worth the risk, or avoid this method, to use 2 adsense accs on the same device. Risky.
Bro I'm planing to change my YouTube channel to another adsense account so the best thing I see to transfer my YouTube channels and the new adsense account to a new device

This might help. Dig deeper though, and make sure you aren't doing this for banning or copyright strikes, as you'll very potentially get caught out then.

Whats the reason? Not the one you would tell google, the REAL reason? That help us better advise you. If you've been banned or something then its not so good, I think if you have a youtube account, and you want to change the adense, it could be done, but your mixing up new details with old details. Which is a problem, and an easy trigger, if there is a measurement for that sort of thing. Just stick to what google officially says, if its ok or not, and get it in the flesh and bone where and who says it. I wouldn't trust us to tell you to go ahead, only to tell you that you should be careful, and check the help docs.
To be honest I have some issues and I don't want the revenue from youtube to be part of it that's why I want to change the revenue to come into another person account but from the picture you send before I think Google don't restrict changing Adsense of yt channels but for my safety I will use another device with the new adsense and I using my YouTube channels into the new device
