They at first ask you to record the testing of their chosen website.They ask you to clearly speak out what you are doing,exactly while doing that action.They want you to clearly express the feeling you have about that specific task they gave you.They give you tasks like"Try to find that info. from that website".They usually give three or more tasks,as far as I know.

Look on Youtube for UserTesting reviews or examples. It's pretty straight forward.
