Alright so i made this thread before and then he finally contacted me and said i would have my accounts soon and still never delivered.
For those of you who didnt get a chance to read my last post streetjournal said he could get me into cpa networks for like 65$ a pop with 35$ upfront. After 1 month no accounts were delivered and i make a scammer thread and he pmed me saying he needs more time. Now 2 months after ive given him the 35$ he says that he wont refund my money because his paypal is limited and wanted me to help him unlimit it before i could get my money. Well i wonder why his paypal is limited? Heres the pm.

I think he was just trying to change other cpa accounts over to my info as he couldnt get accepted anywhere in the first place.
