Username got changed - no notification/email received

No, because BHW has already blocked the username which they don't allow here, like admin/administrator etc but this username was allowed.

We had to change your username because the title 'Jr Executive' is a privilege here on BlackHat World.
Users can’t use it to avoid confusion.
