uSername Facebookcpa Scammer for 350$

i requested about a auto twitter program. BHW member facebookcpa (link to profile is http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/280483-facebookcpa.html ) made me a program which didnt function. i asked for him to re-do it since its all buggy. He sends me another .rar file and blocks me on skype and thus far hasnt responded. His skype ID is icebox1911 under the name Andrei I even showed him all errors via printscreen images. I have inboxed him now aswell since he is avoiding. I wanted to inform admins that i have given a 24 hr notice to him,if he does not respond I will kindly ask admins for assistance. Below are logs and images to everyone can view and share input on. I am not sure where print screen images go or where they are saved. These are the logs from when i sent him the errors. I just took one this morning to show a few errors

looks like the program is shitty and have bugs did he agreed on something updates and fix bugs if there are any ?
if yes he should fix or refund money

he said he would,instead he deleted and blocked me on skype and took off. hes still on BHW here,so i linked his profile. Also shows hes been active ehre as of today. But hasnt responded for 4 days to me which brought me to raise the issue here

How did you pay him? I hope with PayPal or something. Best if you used a credit card and do a charge back. If you used PayPaL funds, then open a dispute and hope. PayPal is not always helpful, but if you used a bank account or credit card with PayPal, you cana fall back on them for the charge back.

i will do that, I inboxed him here for a 24 hr time frame and also to inform BHW admins and members of the issue. No one deserves to be scammed and since he offers services,everyone should be aware as I do not wish anyone to be scammed for their hard earned money. Hopefully admins can chime in and if im wrong then forgive me

i found out after that it was freem i had no clue about it. stupid thing is on skype hes the one who posted me the link to the thread for me to see that hatemachine was the creator of the program. It enrages me to see him rip someones program off and call it his own. he added the auto follow part which was a seperate .exe which im assuming now is someone elses which he takes credit for. i really hope a mod chimes in on this,ripping someones program off is un-ethical. slime bag

funny thing is,i will copy and paste his inbox msg as "now" he replies because of thread. he said he hasnt been online since ehs on vacation but when you view his profile activity,hes been active everyday on threads and replying. Love catching people in their own words. heres his reply,then you can view his profile activity and see the truth. His rudeness ticks me off even more.

Well after talking to the OP i can confirm that one of the files was mine. The other two were also made by someone else and were practically useless. I also had "facebookcpa" on skype and after I linked him to the thread he went offline, so I deleted and blocked him. This guy is surely ready to scam.

Before everyone jumps to conclusions, I have worked with Andrei and I can say he is not a scammer. Has even built me templates before me paying him a dime. So I dont see why he would be any different to anyone else. Never had a problem with him and before you jump to conclusions you should wait to hear the rest of the story. What happend ?

He asked for a twitter creator,follower,retweeter.

He asked for feautures in twitter creator like photo uploading, bio, blah blah.

I made the creator without photo uploading, I tried like 2 days to do that part but wasn't working well. So I saw the Tweet Conquer bot and I said it's cool, and it's just what he needs.

The follower, and retweeter were made by me! I didn't sold him free stuff, NO! I wanted to give him a part from the money back (for the creator) but let me continue ...

The follower was following his account, and random usernames from 5-15 from random niche (health,fitness..) blah blah ... and the retweeter was retweeting his last retweet from his account.

I told him before starting that the retweeter will retweet, when you open the bot. So you double click on the retweeter input proxy/accounts and it will retweet, but ye he was so dumb that he didn't understood this, and when it was done he told me that he wants to use this from his work, so he can't open retweeter everytime. SO I made another bot for him, which I shared here too (in a more general version not for retweeter and this shit) which is called Start On Email http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/member-downloads/463198-get-free-start-email.html. So for this other tool, I didn't asked him for money, but I didn't made any refund for the creator. I think it was fair enough.

Few years ago got a same dispute, indian guy (of course) and he charged-back, and I won. Hope to happend the same, because this is my first dispute on my friends paypal (I use this paypal for more then 1 year now). Hope to get that money back, because I knew what I did, nobody will understand exactly what happend.

About the forum ... you can check my reputation/itraders and see that I am not a scammer ... you can check my threads and see that I posted lot of free stuff here for you guys. Of course I have a bad itrader, but guess who gave it? AN INDIAN!

The way you keep referencing back to the point that he's Indian isn't really reasonable. At BHW, I respect everyone regardless of ethnicity. Just because you had bad experience with one guy on a certain ethnicity doesn't mean everyone is like that. I know some cool Indians and they are great to work with.
