I agree with you but if they don't explain properly how we no what they want
i got logged out and when i tried to log in again with the email or the username they told me that the usernames doesn't belong to any account , but i didn't receive any email from instagram

Seems Like Account is banned
man i was using that account for 7 days ,
without any email from instagram ? but i guess so i can't use it anymore
