Yes, as a Jr.VIP you can change you username once a year. If you want to change it send a PM to DD.

It is free to Jr. VIP and above. Regular, non-paying members
are not eligible to request a user name change.

To become a Jr. VIP, you must be a member for a minimum
of 60 days and you must have at least 100 post points.
Then, you need to pay $97 per year to maintain your
Jr. VIP status.
