Not only, they must have some form of protection inside TikTok moderation.
I had doubts about it, but they have thousands of reports and nobody take any action? So weird!
btw. if TikTok find out who is posting that, maybe in moderation team, he can have even legal process
in most of countries, showing unwanted porn to kids is a crime

I don't belive it's not some insider job.
Maybe even moderator from some small country, just marked his accounts as "safe"
and it went viral everywhere

100% small countries, because first comments were mostly from cyrylica on his non performing accounts
My clients were checking it more carefuly before sound was banned and his small videos had comments in cyrylica
So it can be Russia, Ukraine or some Bulgaria, Mongolia, Kazachstan

It's definitely possible that he has an insider on the mod team who marked his accounts as safe, or maybe its a mod himself that's trying a side hustle, because the fact that reports are coming back as "not a violation" is insane.
