I recently created a thread about Yelp listings scraping on Offline marketing section. Even though I was just querying the possibility of selling Yelp listings site, but I started getting Private messages from many users. User vBakardzhiev ( http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/788560-vbakardzhiev.html ) also contacted me for yelp listings. We decided upon the low rate of 3usd per 500 listings. But after I have gave him list of more than 6500 listings, he isn't paying me, so he owes me almost 33usd. He comes online, I PM him, but he never replies.
After that I continued sending him listings in parts and he said he was happy with the results. When it came to payment, I asked to send me payment using Freelancer, fiverr or PeopleperHour. I even sent him paypal email to pay 2 days ago but he hadnt sent me payment so far
I have removed my own real name and his ones too for privacy.
