User pays with CC, I get Crypto. Which service can provide this?

I search a Programm/Website whatever where the user buys with CC and I get the money as Crypto Currency. The website should have no KYC.

I think you need to build one

It's unlikely you'll find that. It would go against the ToS of most card networks, and while you may see some pop up here and there they are like the sketchy PSPs that close down after a few months when they get busted by the card issuers.

Moonpay is a possibility for on-ramping if you have a big business. If not, then it's just a matter of searching for crypto on-ramp solutions on Google till you find something suitable. There are a lot of different ones at this point, and I have been through quite a few. Moonpay never allowed me to onboard, I think they are the best, but with under $1m monthly transaction volume, you probably won't get onboarded.

without KYC there is no exchanger to allow such operation but your sender can use paybis , or changenow or coinbase to purchase crypto using credit card and then can send you in crypto

Wherever Visa & Mastercard are involved or any other card issuers for that matter you would need KYC by default.
These are American giants and have created monopoly in this matter.

I dont know what stuff you are selling. But there are lot of solutions to start accepting crypto without KYC. just do a google search.
Ask your clients to buy crypto themselves and sent the money to your wallet.

TRUST wallet is a non custodial wallet which accepts 40000+ tokens and crypto.

There is no such service for without KYC.
The best way to do this is ask your clients to buy and pay by crypto.
without KYC there is a crypto payment gateway called Nowpayments.
but there you get paid in any crypto currency and get payout of your choice of cryptocurrency.(Nothing Fiat)

sorry eu laws and american laws makes it impossible to have such a company operating for a long time.
