Easy to use I would say Exodux wallet for your phone or PC and I think you can sync them easily as well

None of them can hold your money, you have the keys and you can even use another wallet like let's say one dies, you just import your seed to anything like Ledger.

I think the crypto coin created for doing anonymous transactions or be your own bank.
So, if anyone withholds your money and asking for verification they are not trusted.

Electrum is one I use. You can buy a usb stick and install in on there is you want to carry it around with you.

Its not a FIAT exchange, only fiat exchanges or wallets where you can convert FIAT money will ask for verification.
You can search up on google/youtube to know more about different wallets like Exodus.
