A lot of people search useless keyword, it has no meaning, This keyword should I rank?

I guess it would depend on your goal?
If you just want visitors to your page then I guess as long as you get some clicks then it might be worth it maybe, as long as they don't bounce..but if you want people to buy your product or click a link then it might not be worth your time because it's unlikely someone who is searching for a nonsense keyword is looking to buy something.
But if it's not at all related to your niche then I wouldn't try to get the traffic because in the long run i imagine it could be not so beneficial.

Scenario: He has website and is content locking some sort of ebook.. I would rank that easy keyword even if its "useless" in terms of traffic because you can easily go SPAM some YT videos for people to search this "useless keyword" and download the book found on there
