Useful Software to run on a Dedi?

I've finally got round to installing VirtualBox on a Linux dedicated server. I'm running multiple instances of Windows with Scrapebox at present, the performance is incredible and I've still got an obscene amount of resources left, which brings me to my question - Other than Scrapebox/Nuke, is there any other SEO related software that really excels as much as Scrapebox does with a dedi's bandwidth and power?
