While performing ORM, I use this free site to get the SEO keywords I need to boost up my clients' sites and other positive social media.

Site name is webstatsdomain (I cannot put the link here according to forum rules).

Could anyone please recommend any other sites that you find indispensable in ORM work? Thank you.

I use a bunch of traditional SEO tools, of course. Some things specific to ORM:

Advanced Web Ranking - Best rank tracker for ORM I've found (I'll post another thread on that specific topic)
SERPWoo - New tool that monitors top 20 results for a keyword for various stats
MOZ - Useful for tracking a group of positive or negative sites for early indicators, e.g., links, PA

ORM = Online Reputation Management (the forum you're in)

Basically, it's a specialized branch of internet marketing that's focused on making companies and individuals look better ("reputation") in search engines and review sites. Part of this is a specialized form of SEO -- think optimizing/promoting 20-30 sites for 2-3 keywords, rather than one site for dozens of keywords. Part of it is working with the client to request and collect more positive reviews. Part of it is monitoring for and responding quickly to new content, both positive and negative.

I recommend SERPWoo. I use it to manage my clients rankings and it is hands down the best tool I have seen. You can track ALL of the results for a given keyword so that you can not only track the negatives moving down, but also show your clients the progress of the positive content moving upwards.

I track my rankings with SERP Book so that's indispensable for me. That site along with this forum are the only real websites that I frequent for ORM.

Tracking: SerpWoo, Ahrefs/Majestic, and good old Microsoft Excel and hand-gathered data.

Social Media: IFTTT, TweetAdder 4.

Wordpress, Wikipedia, and Google Chrome. And those are the only tools I ever use. Period.

How do you use twetadder, your post reminded me I have it. Maybe is time to put it to use.

Load in some Twitter accounts and set some statuses. I don't mess with the follow/unfollow junk. But I preset ~300 different Twitter posts for each one and set to rotate them out three per day, keeping them in the queue when posted, and randomizing the order. As long as I have the program running in the background, it's pretty set it and forget it.

I also use IFTTT to make it so that when one of my Twitter accounts posts something, it's posted to many other social media sites associated with the same account.

I also have IFTTT commando, along with the social marker. Thanks for good info.

I'm throwing in a vote for SerpWoo as well...just getting into it and I'm absolutely blown away by how good it is.
