How to solve it? You need to upload documents on at least one such account and that they pass and this yellow bar disappears. Then it is from this account that you can safely send documents to other accounts with such a problem. If the social account has already passed the ID card download, then it does not matter.

Advertising account ban​

We are talking about a situation when a separate advertising account gets banned with verification of documents. Not to be confused with verification:

The bad news is that this cannot be bypassed as verification, you will have to send docks. And it also often happens that 2 days after sending the documents, this block appears there again and asks to be sent again. You click there and you are thrown back into the account quality. It's easy to solve – transfer the advertising account to another social account and from there you can upload documents again.

But I don't upload documents on an advertising account at all and immediately throw out such accies. Why? Because recent advertising launches have shown that this type of blocking on an advertising account is nothing more than an indicator of poor account quality. I have a ban with an ID card request on an advertising account extremely rarely appears on trends (I think it just randomly pops up sometimes), and at 250 limits and above - it never happened at all. In addition, as practice shows, it is very rarely passed (which once again speaks about the quality of the advertising account)

Policy and microspends​

This is no longer relevant to the topic of documents, but these questions also often come to me: Do you have microspeeds now? And do you have a policy after which spend appears? And so on

What surprises me most of all is that many of you, after the account has gone to the policy, just throw it out right away and don't even try to unban it.. and they complain about microspends.

Yes, the days when the policy was cleaned on almost any account in 5 minutes have already passed, but this does not mean that accounts can no longer be unban at all. I have a microspend – this is something absolutely out of the ordinary simply because I pour without warming up. And after that, the policy immediately arrives, immediately after sending the advertising account for moderation. Then there are only 2 options: either the cab will be restored and in 99% of cases it will already allow spending large sums, or it will not be restored at all and I will throw it out

For those who are at least trying to restore accounts, I want to note that if the policy was not removed from the first request, you need to send it again – they can remove it from the second, and from the third, and from the fourth time, too

Now I'll tell you a little story of the last 3 days: I started testing a new offer and ordered a creative from two different people with completely different drawing styles. I launched the first batch of creatives – everything was as usual - policy averaged 50%, maybe more. I started trying the second batch and the policy became 0%. I retested everything and killed several dozen advertising accounts - changed proxies / accs sellers / acc types / bm's / fp's / cards. This did not lead to anything and only then I decided to try to run creo again from the first pack. The percentage of unban has returned to normal. At the same time, in fact, only the drawing style differed in creo, the approaches are almost the same

Therefore, if you can't unban the policy– look first at creo, and only then at everything else
