The fix of the problem turned out to be very simple, in fact, Mark's write-off simply does not work and he cannot make a prepay and gives an error!

So here's how to fix the bug:

Need two cards
Since we have already linked one card and passed the risk payment, we knit the second card and the error does not disappear
Then we start changing the payment methods to the main one, change to the second card and Mark writes off the prepay and everything is ok ready to launch!

There is a minus of the method that the FB eats a total of 30 bucks from two cards with preauthorization, but the acc is in an active state and turns everything!

Looking for a solution, keep calm and earn money - not easy, but u can!

we can just omit this error and start to run ads directly without any problem.

You can also make 1000 accounts from one IP, but the question how long they will live

i would not recommend that, when that ip gets banned, every account
also on that ip will get banned as well, thats why its recommended
a couple of accounts per ip

Hi there,
unfortunately this solution doesn't work for me. The problem still exists.

Error "Ad account disabled
We weren’t able to place a temporary hold on your card. You can
try again, lower your campaign budgets or add a new primary payment method."

The Card is correct and balanced. Even if I remove the card and the second card completely.

Even if then only Paypal or Online Banking are deposited - and no card - the error message persists.

Does anyone have any ideas? I would be extremely grateful!
