Guys about a year ago my account was hacked:

I tried to contact the staff using the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page a couple of times but i never heard back from anyone sadly.
So i had no choice but to create a new account, which is:

Don't know if a mod or if in fact anyone, could show me the procedure to get it back?
Clicking on "recover password" isn't working of course as it's sending the request to whatever the hacker changed to email too.
I am from Quebec/Canada so if you can check out the login IPS before 2016, it should show ips from my place. But i doubt you guys still have this on file right?
I used to be a junior VIP and paid for a signature link.
