Used Phone and Customized laptops.

Guys, am really looking out to purchase many used unlocked phones online.... and also would like to know if there are any online stores that offer international shipping. Second, i want to also purchase a customized hp envy 15t j000 notebook computer, please aside the hp official store are there any sites i could customize the laptop with a back-lighted keyboard, 8 gig of ram(comes with 6gig as default) and also a Nividia graphics card....please all am asking is, if you know of any site i could get this items on. i would appreciate if you could point me there....
