With the recent changes on Craigslist that make it difficult to post a large number of ads, this method may offer you an alternate source of revenue.

The Used Car Method

What you will be doing is scraping emails from the For Sale > Cars section and replying back to them with a car-related CPA offer. Using your favorite Craiglist scraper, start gathering the emails from the "Cars & Trucks - by Owner" section. Once you have your list ready, fire up your favorite auto responder and reply back with a simple and quick message:

hey, saw your car ad and wanted to let you know about a useful tool that I used to help me sell my car quicker. hope it helps. here is the link: hxxp://www.CPAOFFER.com

For the CPA offer, you want to use a used-car value type offer. Specifically, I used "trade-in-value" used car quotes CPA offer that's offered on Hydra for $6.00/lead. I know other CPA networks have that offer as well.

For both scraping and sending, I used this program posted in the Download sub-forum: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...66-get-craigslist-email-harvester-sender.html

Also, because you will be sending to @CL email addresses, you will need a large collection of email accounts. I manually created 20 gmail accounts and rotated through them with my auto responder. Any given day, I would just send out about 100 responses. But this can easily be scaled up.

Enjoy! :)

You are scraping the leads from Craigslist, so you can gather as many leads as you want.

This looks familiar. I think its been shared before.

Did a search before posting this method and I was not able to find anything.

If you use a mailing host, Craigslist will automatically block you after a certain amount of emails from one address. That is why I had a bunch of gmails that I rotated through.

Did you have to blank/fake the referrer when you did this?

From the recent posts here it looks like the car section is the next big target...

I have noticed there are quite a few car ideas around here. I tried one and its working alright..just takes to much time and I get a lot of emails That aren't what I need.

Do you know how many emails it takes for them to block you?

There's gotta be a certain number / hour or something

Ummmm, test... :) Seriously, tho, I've been successful with catchall domains. I just create unique email addresses in about 10 different catchall domains. Seems to get right through.

what CPA u used?
