Used, active and old Twitter account wanted

I'm looking to take over an old, used and active twitter account dating back from 2010-2012 with between 100-300 followers, and 100+ tweets. Preferably with real pics, bio and location. I'm prepared to pay $10 for it.

So I want the account, password and an allocated new hotmail address for it.
