Create a Shopify store
Go on AliExpress
Choose products
Create videos on YouTube for each product with pictures TTS voice (product description mp3) and a Shopify store link in the YouTube video page

People will see the video and visit the link to Shopify to buy the product

It is also possible to put a link to any store under the video. In my opinion, this is an unnecessary innovation on YouTube.
