I am looking for someone who is willing to use there paypal account to buy domaine for me. I will pay 20$ above the cost of the domain if you will use it. I only have eppassporte this is why im asking. I can send you payment through money gram before you make any sort of payment. Please let me know if anyone can help me with this problem.

Try opening your own account on paypal buddy its easy and instant, where are you located? i hope there isn't any issues with your current location with regards to paypal services.

this whole thing why you are paying more and making it so complicated. create your own paypal or pay by credit card.

maybe he doesn't want to create paypal account because the verify process takes some time.
