Use VPN to create a new facebook ads account ?

Hi,
My account FB Ads has beeen blocked .. So i would like to know if i can use a VPN (CyberGhost) to create a new fb account and then make ads with a new credit card ?
Will that work for me ?

A new credit card will do. But you need to make some random activities before using your new account for fb ads to avoid the account getting blocked again.

I suggest use aged fb account like 01 to 02 year old. do some activates on this then u will appy for fb ads. hope fully will get positive results. if u want we can provide you.
