Use vendor or Clickbank URLs?

I'm just picking CB back up and was wondering which URL I should use. I've heard that the new CB URL structure is more safe but still not sure why. It looks a little like this:

Long URL: http://fd83fr5Te1002fekre3.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=tracking
Which becomes: http://cbvendor.com?hop=AffiliateID

I wanna use the vendor URL because I'm pretty sure some adblockers block CB completely.


The downside is that the vendor URL doesn't allow a tracking ID. Would be nice to hear from some experienced affiliates how they handle URLs.

Why don't you use prosper202? You can put your own custom ID's on the placeholder.

On my clickbank review website I use pretty links.
