Use Slideshare as acquisition channel

Do you know the best techniques to rank better on Slideshare?

I uploaded a file and bought fake views hoping to rank #1 on a certain keyword thinking that if I got 10k+ views in few hours my pdf would be get on top but it didn't work.

Do you know how does the Slideshare alghoritm work? If yes, have you case studies or tricks that helped you in ranking?

I don't think so it's that simple you will get on top of your keyword on by just only increasing views.

HI, it would be very interesting if there are some news on this topic.

I have the idea to add a presentation for each landingpage i have with links to these pages. An idea is also that i send this presentations with a little background music to youtube to increase my traffic.

Maybe somebody is still using slideshare and will talk about it

I didn't know people were still using slideshare seems like they were doing real good a couple years ago but not sure about now.
