use same images from manufacturer hurt ranking?

my ecommerce site has 2000+ products, all products are using same images from manufacuter site. How harmful is it? And I use same specifications from manufacturer( but I added 100 words unique content for each product)

never heard of it but if you using product description the same as manufaturer it will definitely hurt your site
