I'm trying a few things out on a small scale, just let the qr code direct to a site or landing page, to avoid trouble with cpa company's. In my opinion this is Greyhat.
You dont have to use cpa, you can use dating sites or even sell digital products from CB , affliates etc.
There are so many ways, i need play with it. If some members got ideas, share them.
In your example you offer "Free Killzone 3 Download". Where do you direct the user to? This is a download for pc, however, the user is on a mobile phone. So how would this work? You direct him to a page where he has to give his email address then he receives a download link?

however, there are many sites. also with some of the qr scanners on your phone you also can make a qr code, e.g. with qrafter iphone app
