Ok guys please don't freak out. I signed up to this forum to make more money and I read a lot of Theards even the FAQ but with every theard I get more confused. I'm would like to know if you guys fake your email submits by using a proxy or socks5 or are you guys doing it the normal way. I'm new to this whole affiliate thing and I'm using proxys to sign up in Germany but I know want to do it international. Is this possible? Sorry guys I know this is probably a lame question

Nobody does this as it would be fraud.
I'm not planing to do this but it would work actually I guess. I was just wondering because a lot of things here did sound illegal. But I would prefer to do it the legal way. So basically most people upload a video on YouTube and hope that somebody uses the link in the description box right?

There are tons of different methods people use, but yes that is one of them.
As a general guideline: blackhat is using conniving methods to drive real traffic and sales, fraud is filling out offers yourself that will never pan out for the advertiser.
