Use old channel or new channel?

Hey, I have an old youtube channel with 98K subscribers made back in 2015 , I still post videos every 1-2-3 weeks but the engagement is very low (the videos are not high quality anyway). Some of them made over 150K views but most of them doesn't pass 1K views.

I want to upload quality content again. The channel is also verified.

What will be best, to start a new channel or continue on this one?

new channel even with good video will be harder to get views..
i think you should stay with the old one, if your new videos from the same niche

Some channels will get shadow ban. Some of your videos got 150k views, so i guess your channel is still safe.
Better to stick with old channel and upload quality videos and see how it goes.

Based on my experience and what i have saw on youtube till now, i'm not quite sure 100% but i'm doing Blackhat CPA on Youtube.

THE BEST CHOICE OVER THERE IS OLD CHANNELS ! SPECIALLY IF THEY ARE FROM 2008 - 2012

Thank you guys, I will continue uploading on the same channel.
I changed the niche several times, old videos still appear on first page on yt
i hope it's not shadowbanned for the new videos or something , I will stick to it and see how it goes

i also have a youtube channel from 2010 which was inactive, do you think it's a good idea to post on this channel videos too?
