Didn't quite understand your question. Do you mean if you can have many FB accounts at once, as the answer is yes. Just need to connect them with different emails.

Use proxies and generate bulk emails (as many as the proxies you have) and just sign up. If you use phone numbers, there are many number generators aswell.

I would not advise registering on temporary phone numbers or mail, when it asks for confirmation, you will not be able to accept it and the time spent on the account will be wasted

Oh are you sure, I thought some of the sites come with a mailbox you can check on your account.

That way it would be easy to steal your account if we are talking about a temporary shared mailbox.

The main question is: why your account is blocked after login. It is not normal behavior of FB.
When you will know why, just be careful and everything will be OK.
When you will use proxy - they can be detected by FB, when cheap VPS - FB knows their IP, when you will use your browser without cookie - FB will thing: why?

You can run unlimited amount of accounts however, If they will get linked together they will go down together. Diff IP/Cookies are necessary to separate between them.
