Use Instagram to promote an apartment?

Apartment located in Spain. I don't live there myself so the maintenance and renting is done by a local firm. The apartments has been rented out but now it's just standing empty and the local advertising doesn't seem to be enough.

What is the best way of advertising the apartment for rent? Would sponsored local Instagram posts be a good idea? It's a nice apartment in a nice location. Nothing super fancy and nothing trashy.

I think you'd be better of posting it on all local classifieds and even an ad in the newspaper or something.
I doubt instagram would be very effective in promoting an apartment.

You can pay some classifieds to put your ad on top of every appropriate page so it will get more views from people who are actually looking for apartments.

The best way is to post on local forum or property for rent in your country, the users must be more segmented rather than posting on Instagram, also no one is using Instagram for finding a place to stay. It's more reliable using broker website. Good luck!

Have you tried advertising on facebook? In groups or generally to our walls?
