Im just growing my account and I have just 400 followers.
If i'll use hashtags on my posts it will help me to get followers and like or not?

Yes it will. Try to mix your hashtags with popular and less popular ones.

definitely use them, cant hurt unless you choose really bad ones and it makes it look spammy
