use Granted Adwords account for CPA???

Hi all,
I'm looking to buy an granted adwords account to run my JVZ offer and review blog.
But I am afraid it is not legal and resulted in my account being blocked so do you guys have any experience on running an offer with granted adword account?

Your not going to be able to do it, they don't even let the non profit organizations run the ads to a page where there are third party adversiments.
Plus you need a real Non Profi with its legal paperwork in place to be included in the program, only way would be cloacking, but this granted accounts are heabily reviewed so that would not be an easy job.

Even if you do manage to do it this would eventually be clossd. I know a way for getting approval for Grant accounts and running ads

But they get banned eventually
