Use Google + do SEO

I have an idea to make my web more competitive by google+ ,Could it be possible if i do as follows:

I add +1 buttom in my homepage,Then I goto Fiverr find someone who can vote +1 for my page,make looks like many people like my website .

However ,I worry it looks unnatural if appearing too many google+1 in short time ,and my website will be pubnished by google

you dont even need a plus 1 button on your page anymore - works if the viewer is logged into gmail
