Hi All!
I've read some threads about being punished by Google if you are running a site in a country with another country's TLD. For example, being punished if you use a .se domain (Sweden) in Netherlands may negatively effect your ranking in the Netherlands.
The best alternative for me would be to get a .com address if I want to spread my site internationally, however it is not available. If I register my trademark and extend it with "Sweden", for example: abcSweden.com, would the Sweden in the TLD negatively effect my rankings in countries other than Sweden?
Regards,
Anders
