Hello everyone. Can anybody tell me how some guys use Warren Buffett TV interview video footage in their videos?

You can flip the footage and add subtitles at the center. Ensure you give the video some background music as well as speeding it up a bit.
You are still at risk if you don't own the video, regardless of how much editing you do.

You can speak in the middle of the video, you can change voice or add music or speed. you can add effects to video. Publish it on Youtube , but don't use category like films and animation, entertainment . don't show the video more 30 sec. Don't use a copyrighted musics.

you can try to change the video, but there is no guarantee that you will not violate copyrights
