Hi all,
I created my PP account while I was residing in South Korea, connected to my Korean bank account, which I still have.
However, since I've relocated to Europe I'm experiencing several problems. For example I can no longer send payments to other PP users for example, which is a real PITA for me.
I've spoken to PP reps who say that it's because I'm using the account from outside the country in which it was created, and that I should reconnect my account to my European bank account, which I don't want to do.
Do you think I could use a Korean proxy to connect to my PP account? If I have a static IP would be safe? Or does PP have other means of detecting my real location?
