Is there a USB Type-C External Graphics Card? or you need special laptop for external Graphics card? I hope moore's law hit the industry by 2030.

external gpu's have always been around. you can get an adapter to toggle type c or type a for a few bucks.
start off with a query on google amazon or newegg "external gpu".

Yes they are but it use thunderbolt I believe. Its because the cable bandwidth requirement for the gpu

I can't find any "usb c to thunderbolt 3 converter" on Amazon.in
