I'm using SK and KT mobile carriers.
I'd like to use AT commands.

I'm planning to set it up with 3proxy, and I'd like the IP rotation speed to be as fast as possible.

Can anyone recommend a good USB dongle

I'M Korean

The modem itself barely affects rotation speed. Maybe a tiny firmware difference: older toggles airplane mode faster than newer. In practice rotation speed defined mostly by carrier. Some require N seconds offline before they change ip.

Guaranteed fast rotation is to switch between multiple modems.

look at model + firmware, not just model. Plenty of proven combos exist for 4G. But double check with ai because some combinations could reboot every 10 mins etc.

The main pain with modem setups is the USB hub layer. Top solution is M.2 modems via PCIe with external antennas, it is quite expensive tho.

I would choose the dongle with the best Linux or OpenWrt support, then put it on a powered hub. In my experience the carrier decides rotation speed more than the modem. If you want really fast swaps, multiple modems beats one perfect dongle.
