The endpoint server would have to be physically located in the specific zip code you are seeking. Is there a data center in that location for any vpn provider? If not, you have only one way to do it and that is to set up your own vpn server there.
Geolocation by IP Address isn't accurate enough to be used in this manner. An ISP gets an IP block either for the company as a whole or for a general area (usually statewide) and then randomly gives them out to customers. Best you're going to get even if you actually lived in that zip code is a geolocation to the state with it giving random towns within that state.

I just need to input zip code on the VPN, no other things are more serious like that because I want to use it for survey

That's tough. A better alternative would be to use residential proxies and target a certain city

Why don't you use a v4 residential proxy. It will make your problem much easier

vpns are picked up quite easily due to abused ips
It's for particular tasks that need that and it' will reduce cost for me because some proxies require a lot to set up for a particular zip code...any VPN that has zip code for first set up is what I want
