Hi, paypal accounts are for personal use and people usually do not sale it and using others account is not safe as well. To create a verified paypal account own bank account information are needed with verification. I think you should look for any substitution like skrill (I use it) or alartpay if you r unable to open a paypal by urself.
 
I can give you USA bank Verified Paypal account but without any credit/debit card with it.
 
Why are you looking for verified paypal account? You told me that you are selling iphone4, and that you have verified paypal account. You want me to pay you money so you can send the phones, at the same time you came back here looking for verified paypal account to buy as soon as possible. So members of BHW are now using this forum as a means to scam other members looking for products to buy.
