USA TikTok set-up specifically for Androids

I am trying to target the USA audience on TikTok with an Android however, although all of the TikToks I post are unique and get views on multiple UK-based accounts (on Android), I am getting the instant 0 views with my current USA Android set up.

My current setup with a Google Pixel 4a (NOT ROOTED)-
-USA Verzion sim (not activated)
-USA proxy (I have tried multiple different ones)
-Set the time zone on the device to a USA time zone (Doesn't seem to give me the option to change the region in settings)
I have also tried a GPS spoofer which would match the coordinates of the proxy, and an active USA e-sim. Both made no difference.

After testing this USA setup on a specific Android device, I reset the device and set up in the UK and posted a few TikToks, which all got views. This is confirmation that the device is not device banned.
I use Socksdroid to connect the proxy, which I know works as I have no problems with using it for a UK set-up.

With this setup, I do get a USA fyp and the same setup works for iPhone and gets views. It just doesn't work for Android.

I'm struggling to find out what could be causing the problem as the set up seems somewhat natural.

If anyone is currently running a USA set up with Androids and wants to share their setup, or anyone who has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated!

Will the above setup works without sim. Just using a isp proxy on Android will it get views or shadowbanned

this is the check list i have for Android Device
Timezone, Sim Network (mnc mcc), Device User Language, Device User Region.
But mostly importantly if you are using a proxy warm up account for few days till you start seeing Tiktok ads on your fyp

I am trying with a usa proxy with region and time set and airplane mode with simless Android phone. It's been 22 hrs since creating and using account and I didn't posted anything just scrolling randomly. Is the setup good to go and in past 22 hrs scrolled for 2 hrs didn't got any ads and by ads mean it's must show direct buy or learn more type video??

Are using same device for your UK setup ?
and ads may start showing between 3-4 days. So you may need to wait a little more than 22 hrs, but thats just the method i follow.
There are some other guide posted on the forum. You can try them out

3.if need to make new account do i need reset the phone and use a new proxy for new account?

Sure you will get views on Tiktok as long you post engaging content. Content is King anytime.
Tiktok will probably start you on 200 -300 views like most people, but tiktok will quickly push you to very low views from 200 if your content is bad, if you continue with good engaging content your views will move to 800 - 1k+ then to 4k,5k luckily you go viral one day.

Note Titkok would have already fingerprinted your device, thats why most time people just buy multiple cheap phone to start a tiktok farm.
if you are sure can totally reset your device ID then you should be fine

I mean before I was using mod and vpn my first video would get 300+ but after that all videos got stuck b/w 80-97 so if i warm up and use proxy will it still get like before
