Usa storage need advice

Hello here, my brother moved in USA. He have free places ( big home ) and want to start with me some business. I’m not in USA, but have experience with dropshipping and Amazon FBA ( long time ago and account sold) . Now need advice , how i can use this storage for make some money? FBM is bad idea?

Maybe export something from your native country to US? Something that's cheap for locals but expensive in America?

Everything cheaper in China. Shipping costs 2x expensive from my country
Ok I will sent items, but how to sold them? eBay Walmart?

Is your brother going to ship packages for you if you send physical items to his storage? You can list and sell products anywhere but you'll need a way to get them shipped quickly once they sell. There are even companies that can automate this for you just do some research on it.
