If you using a network like adscend, lead bold they usually geo target but if your like direct linking to the offer and teh offer is US only then all other countries will see some other offer and you may or may not get that lead. Best bet is to ask your network.

That's a question that you should really take up with your affiliate manager. I'm assuming that the offer would still have your affiliate ID attached to it and you would still get paid, but you should eliminate any doubt possible when money is concerned.

If your network DOESN'T pay you for those leads, you could load up some non-region specific offers and throw those on your website on an ad rotator so that people outside of those regions see that ad instead of your targetted one, and definitely get paid.
