USA IP for microworkers account?

My friend asked me to create a US microworkers account but always they detect that I was using a proxy and ban the account. Is there any way to get a real US IP address which can bypass this?

This account has been terminated and cannot be activated again. PROXY

Aren't they same as a premium private proxy?
