USA/Canada Looking for writer/partner CPA/Afilliate

Looking for a partner to write content for various site projects that are based on CPA and afilliate marketing.

I have the following

Hosting
Domains
Keyword tools
Trackers
Website dev
Seo
Proxies
Scrapers

I don't have the time to write all the content and it's one thing I can't stand. The split will be 70/30 or 50/50 subtracting expenses

I have 4 CPA accounts, Amazon, CB, and looking for others to give options for niches.

Once invested partner will have site access, not cpanel. Weekly shot of account stats and a opinion of how we move forward with decisions.

Looking to start with one site and then move up to 10

Preferably Canadian partner preferred.
